Manages the onboarding of new staff and clients to ensure a seamless experience. Assists managers as needed and works on quality improvement throughout the firm.
Riza Roldan
General Manager - Estimation
Manages the onboarding, training, and hiring new estimators. Responsible for improving efficiency of the team. Oversees the performance of each employee. Helps division estimating managers when necessary.

General Manager - Administration
Manages a team of administrative staff that run the back-bone of Bold Estimation. Includes all facets of business operations.
